Alastair G. Miller is shown as the driver of the Wolseley Viper 1 in both of these photographs.  The car, which featured a Napier chassis powered by a full V-8 Hispano-Suiza engine, raced at the Brooklands racetrack in Surrey, England in 1921 and 1922.  Wolseley, a British company, had produced Hispano-Suiza engines for the war effort during World War I under the name Wolseley Viper.  After the war, Wolseley produced a Wolseley Sports 10 automobile that came equipped with the V-8 Hispano-Suiza engine – The Brooklands Society collection
