This was scheduled to have been an 8 lap race but the cars of Bartholomew and Morgan tangled on the 8th lap causing Bartholomew’s car to crash into the south fence and then roll 3 times. The race was stopped for the accident and then officials ruled it complete since there was only 1 lap remaining. The final standings were thus official in the position where each car finished the 7th lap. |
