First Heat Race - 10 Laps

 

Second Heat Race - 10 Laps

Herbert led the first lap before Reynolds passed him to lead the rest of the way.

 

Third Heat Race - 10 Laps

McWhorter passed Copeland on the sixth lap and led the remainder of the race.

 

Trophy Dash – 9 Cars - 5 Laps

Reynolds led this race from the second lap on.

 

B Feature - 15 Laps

Reed took the lead on the second lap and led the remainder of the event.  Cars driven by Avise, Poulon, and Webber tangled on the fourth lap in the north turn.

 

A Feature – 20 Laps

Reynolds took the lead in the first turn and led the rest of the race.  Lies was running in third place on the 15^th lap when he bumped McWhorter and spun out.

#55 Frank Lies was in third place on the fifteenth lap of the A feature race when he tapped the car being driven by Walt McWhorter and then spun out (above) in the southwest turn.  McWhorter went on the finish the race in second place while Lies recovered to finish in fifth place - Lies collection
