Leep led all the way winning by more than a hundred yards while Spreier and Ross put on a spirited battle for second place.

Coleman spun out in the southeast turn while running in fourth position on the last lap.

Riner spun out and then parked his disabled #47 car near the outside wall in the southeast turn where it remained for the rest of the race.  Note that the old wooden fence had been replaced with a new concrete wall since the last races were held on this racetrack.

Bookout had started scratched and passed the most cars.
