The two front row starting cars driven by Potts and Woodside tangled in the first turn causing the race to be restarted.

Cokeley dropped out of this race after receiving minor injuries when he was struck in the face by a ten pound rock that had been thrown up by the tire of another competitor.

Woodside won $42 this afternoon for finishing second in first heat race and third in the feature.

Just nine days after winning this feature race, Salmans rolled his car at Liberal, Kansas breaking some bones in his left hand.
