The Oakley mile track has proven itself in past races to be one of the fastest in the west and dirt track records have been made on it.  At the present time, it is in the very best condition and fast time may be expected Sunday.

The management of the races at this time has divided the event in three races.  The six best in the trials go in the first race, the others in the second race.  The winners of the money in these two races for the grand sweepstakes of $220.  There will also be a consolation race for the losers not in the money, and a stock car race.
