The stock cars were always crowded into the pits at 81 Speedway on Saturday nights in 1972. Note that tow vehicles were not allowed in the infield unless they were doubling as wreckers. That’s why Don Kiser’s truck is at lower left. (Note local radio personality “Willie Wheelchair” positioned behind Kiser’s truck.)
