Vic Felt is shown above standing beside one of his midgets with Roy Sherman behind the wheel. This dual won the midget feature on the fifth-mile racetrack at Bo Stearns’ Track north of Wichita, Kansas on April 17, 1938. That is Sherman seated in the same car pictured below. Roy Sherman was inducted into the National Midget Racing Hall of Fame in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin in 2004.
