Patrick E. “Pat” Cunningham
1903 – 1972

Pat Cunningham in a car he drove for Leonard Kerbs of Otis, Kansas.

The engine in this car had cups over the valves, a Wills St. Claire crankshaft, Jahns pistons, tubular rods, and a pair of Winfield carburetors.  The frame was "T" rails, with truss rods, and plenty of chrome.  Both the car and transporter (truck in the background) were painted yellow with black lettering.  Pat raced at the Bo Stearns Speedway north of Wichita, Kansas from 1930 through 1935 and at Winfield, Kansas at least in 1934 and 1935.  Click your mouse on the photograph to see a different picture of Pat in the cockpit - Betty Able collection
