*** This was a timed event rather than a race for a set number of laps.  The winner completed 143 laps in the 90 minutes allotted.

**** With 2 minutes remaining, second place running Ware’s Hudson crashed through the fence on the south turn.  He was able to return to the racetrack in time to finish in the money.

***** South rolled his car over onto its top on the second lap.  The car struck the fence while upside down and rolled back over landing on its wheels again.  South continued in the race for a few laps but dropped out with a sprung door that would not stay shut.
