Mullens started outside of the 11th row but rolled his Chevrolet over onto his top on the first lap landing in the water just inside the northwest turn.  His car was not damaged and he was able to restart the race.

Page rolled Ford several times in the northeast turn landing against the outside wall.  His flipping car was narrowly missed by Lawrence and others as they slipped past on the inside.

Lawrence had started inside of the 11th row and he received $17 from the purse for his 12th place finish.
