Besides the 81 cars above, three more were not allowed to qualify as they did not meet minimum safety regulations and eight more were turned away on Sunday as qualifications had closed. Tom Anderson crashed his #118 Ford in the northwest turn during time trials. Roy Bryant backed his #7 Ford into the fence in the southwest turn at the completion of his time trial. |
